A Lewes/Rehoboth/Bethany Beach Community String Orchestra is being formed at the Harbor Lights CHEER Center in Lewes, located at 34211 Woods Edge Drive. All string musicians playing either the violin, viola, cello or bass are invited to join. There are no auditions. Students and adults of various skill levels (min. Suzuki Vol. 3) and professionals are welcome.]
Rehearsals are Tuesday evenings from 6 until 8 p.m. Bring a music stand and your instrument. Conductor is James Anderson, Director of Orchestral Studies at the University of Delaware.
